Soliciting Your Opinion

counter for wordpress

I just can’t seem to stop screwing around with this one! But I think I’ve finally hit on something that makes me happy. I’m going to show you two pictures and, if you’d be so kind, I’d like it if you’d leave your opinions and feedback. I used the first one for ebooks, (front image only no back images with ebooks) and I got those all switched over. I also uploaded it for paperbacks but it’ll take 24-48 hours to hear back. I’m wondering if I should do the second one for paperbacks.

What do you think? Click the images to make them bigger and enlarge the detail. The pinkish lines are just guides and won’t appear on the final cover.

  1. i like the bottom one. the black band around everything just gives it that little extra, a dark touch to it all.

  2. Second one!!!

  3. Hi, Lisa! I was one of the lucky winners to receive a paperback copy of Child of War recently…and I thought the plain white cover looked really cool. However, this blue cover is stunning! I really like the blue color and the clouds, however, the face in the cloud looks a little odd. She’s much prettier on the plain white background. The cloud is all lumpy and bumpy and almost gives her the apperance of having a beard. She might have looked better if just placed in the blue sky with wisps of clouds here and there around her.

I agree with the first commentor – go with the second one!
